sunny does not trust me so how i win her trust and help her loose the feer

How long have you had her?

Be sure you are respecting her boundaries and feelings. Also, bribery with treats does help.

i got when she was 5 year old and that was at the begging of last fall

Was she handreared or parent reared? This makes a big difference.. i have trained and tamed bigger parrots that werent hand reared. Is sunny free fed or has breakfast and dinner? If free fed take the food away after u put sunny to bed and then in the morning around 8am or so i offer the birds fav treats like sunflower seeds or peices of grape or whatever and offer that thru the bars.this helps the bird lose its fear of the hand and makes something click over time that the hand is a good thing and nothing to fear. Target training is also recomended.. definitely helps the bird lose fear in situations where it would freak out... it just helps make the bird concentrate on the target rather than other environmental factors. Just do this over time and dont expect too much too soon!
