My birds leg was cut yesterday and I really need some tips to make him more active because he looks kinda sad and he fears ppl so I really need tips to help with that and I also find it really difficult for me because I fear hurting him more so I avoid taking him and playing with him.

Well with that happening so recently, Iā€™d disturb him as little as possible while heā€™s healing from his amputation.

Just give him whatever heā€™ll eat during this time and keep him nice and warm.

But i really donā€™t know what temp is considered warm to him + how many months does it take for him to fully heal?

Iā€™m not sure how long itā€™ll take him to fully heal. What did the vet say about it?

In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet, for a first or second opinion..
