I have a 2 and a half-year-old Jenday Conure (Vinnie) who was an aviary bird and is now living with us.
We have him stick training and get will climb up on a pretty longer stick and allow to move him from high places to lower places and around in general (sometimes he just flys away ofc)
I've been trying to figure out what type of food would be a good for training and was wondering what others have used. I want to start target training and atm Vinnie will not come near you hands to get treats or in general if you move to one side of his cage he goes to the other. I'm hoping through target training we can ease some of this off and make him more comfortable.
Any treats you use or tips would be great
