Turquoise wash to feathers.

One of the things that attracted me to Mango besides his personality was his colors. He is green and it turns turquoise under certain light. It's really something you have to see in person to appreciate.

Are there any other types of Amazons besides Yellow Shouldered Amazons that have this coloration?

I have seen that on several amazons but I don't know enough about them to tell you any more. For all I know they were all the same kind. Sorry.

I'm sure there probably are other amazons out there that have the same wash to them! Couldn't say what species, though!

I do know that african greys can have a violet wash to their grey feathers in the right light and possibly even in flash.
