Weaning macaw

Hello everyone my macaw is about 2 and a half month old right now, at what age should I start weaning the bird on adult food ? ,fruits etc….

I think its not too early to leave out some softer veggies, maybe a chop of some kind, and see if he is interested in it. If he eats it, thats fine. When it comes to weaning, the parrot lets you know he is ready, You dont actually actively get involved except for offering foods.
