Four day project finally came to fruition. Managed to document on video.
She was pretty hesitant about getting on her back at first. The small breakthrough for me was noticing that she tends to mimic my posture - so if I crouch down, she'll crouch down on my shoulder, or if I bend over and sideways to look into my fridge, she'll hang off my shoulder kind of upside down to mirror the motion.
So I started training her on my bed. As I laid down face-up and encouraged her to do the same in that position, she got more into it, and voila
