Which aviator shall I get for a short billed corella / bare eyed cockatoo?


The common weight range puts them in the category for both small and medium. Apparently the average is about 500g which would make them a medium... but one website I saw said they should fit a small size. I don't want to purchase one that wont fit I want to purchase one now though while they are on special.

Aerial is a Bare Eyed or Short billed Corella and weighs about 280 grams. The Small sits great. A little big but the way its designed once you take the slack up its secure and being alittle big makes it easer to put on and off.

I just checked the place I bought mine from and they put the Corella in a Small weight range 190-450gm. It does list the corella on that one. Here is a link so you can see. Most of the pet shops have them but not all sizes and colours its a matter of luck I think. I'm in Perth and ordered from the link I put in a comment above because it was cheaper than the pet stores I went to. I know the 3 pet city stores north of the river (Joondalup, Brighton and Wannaroo @ Drovers.) do have some but not sure on sizes. Good Luck.
