Baby Alex or Baby IRN??

Hi... we are looking for a new baby bird for our family but I'm so confused. I love the IRN because they look silly but they can be nippy too. A lot of people are telling that the Alex's are really good. I watched a lot of videos the Alex's looks more quite and not silly at all. Which one will be better as a pet? cuddling? sweet?

He alex has a more stable temperament than the indian ringneck... My Max has never bitten me - he's 9 months old...

They are not cuddly birds, but Max doesn't mind a scratch on his head... They are quite independent, which I like, and apparently quite good talkers, as well...
