so daddy kept wanting over to their other part of the cage so I let him and one of my other males since the beginning wluld help feed her. So switched them out like they wanted and he seems to be q great "surrogate daddy" lol.

He or she is sooo sweet. As much as I call Kione a he I bet it's a she! Still have time though. lol He is feeding himself.. climbing.. jumping! Even got to his swing.

This has been an amazing experience for my children as well... sad she lost 5 of her eggs, but Kione has been a blessing. They are so in love. This is also, out of all my birds that my 4 year old will actually hold and that's only since he knows this is the baby he had held already and wasn't scared of. Even though he shouldn't be afraid of all the others. Lol
