Basil is home!!

We drove up to the Raleigh area today and met with the breeder. She had pulled out two turquoise GCC for us to look at, and Basil came right up and snuggled with me. Oh man I am in love.

Without further adieu...meet Basil!

He is so happy in his new home, and started playing with his toys as soon as I put him in his cage.

We nearly got into a wreck because of the ice storm that passed through on our way home, but it was so worth it!!!

Edit: Oh, and he's DNA proven male so that was an added bonus. haha
