I had been in contact with them and they stated that because of the most recent COVID based Government Shutdown in their area, they had to close and with no idea of when they would be allow to open.
The Good News is, they are open and have their full lines up and in stock!

As an update as to why they had closed:

Reappearance of COVID in China!

BirdCages4Less, sales group is part of the same complex as their Manufacturing. That said, China has a habit of shutting-down whole cities, towns and villages.
