Cage safty ?

Yes it,s me again !
O.k. been reading Hollaween,s sad plight .
sooooooooo to be safe the bar,s in a cage for sun conure ( What size )
can some one please advise !

To be honest no cage is 100% safe for a parrot. Things beyound our control happen all the time. I sometimes think that as long as your parrots head doesn't get stuck in the bars the bar spacing should be OK.

I find my home made cages are the safest as the mesh is 1/2 inch square.

Popped into the shop today 1 inch apart the bars ( are very heavy duty as well ) most likly over kill .
