I'm a totally new bird owner
my bird is making this weird coughing noise which sounds like he is choking
can any one check the video and tell me what's wrong with my lil bird

I can't be sure but it looks like he/she is adjusting it's crop.

A crop adjustment is normal and looks something like repeated yawning.
What I see near the end of the video looks like crop adjustments but the begging of the video I am not so sure about.

If you are hearing a sound, that doesn't sound like crop-adjustment to me. Do you have an avian vet near you within an hour or 2? I'm wary of clicking links like that, so I didn't listen, but you can post to the forum directly if you upload to youtube and embed the video.

When my YNA adjustes his crop there is sometimes a clicking noise.
I never gave it any thought
