Cecil the seagull

The Bison in SD are vetted, and are watched by the people who work in Custer State Park. They are tracked heavily. I honestly felt like I was visiting a farm with cows on my jeep tour of Bison. Are these mammals wild at this point? Someone will have to define what’s considered “wild” at this point for me. I am pretty sure I ruined that jeep tour for the other passengers. The guide did good, and couldn’t even argue when you drive by Bison fenced in being vetted does this really constitute the Bison as “wild”? I asked about Elk as I’ve never seen a wild one. I was hoping to see one while I was there. I was told they are unicorns, good luck, and those are actually wild.
I've been known to ruin other people's fun, too.
