Birdy has turned 6 years old!

Unfortunately I've not been able to post here often, but Birdy is doing great and I'd like to share with you the good times we're having!

I was searching YouTube for parrot videos yesterday and I found a 10 second clip of myself on the train with Birdy, recorded 3 and a half years ago by a stranger standing behind me!
Birdy attracts a lot of attention in public and I realized there is probably some interest in a good video of it... so here's a video I recorded and edited today.

This is an awesome video! Though the lack of harness scares the heck out of me! That's one adorable little Birdy you've got there, you are one very lucky human to have such a wonderful little character in your life, and we are lucky that you took the time to share this with us! Loved the video.
Since Mango is flighted, there is no way I can do this But, by Spring of 2017, I hope to find a birdie backpack so she can accompany me on my dog walks.
Many years ago I used to have an Eclectus who accompanied us on our hikes in his Celtei backpack. He loved it.

Great video! Birdy out and about with Dad for a day in the big city! Loved the part on the bus with Birdy running along the seat,looking at all the stuff out the window,and helping you eat lunch
Looks to me you BOTH had an excellent adventure!!

My Amy just loves going out and about with me,I can see the joy and happiness/excitement on her face every time we go places. Thanks for sharing your day out with birdy with us!
