Just get some general tsos chicken, give him the bits of broccoli without sause on them. And if he insists, a little of the white chicken meat without sauce. it ain't rocket science....

The food is fine, the sauces have salt. Just pick and choose what he can have, and don't give in.

I think I would like a little pork fried rice with the egg and veggies in it about now...this post made me hungry.

If someone wants eat unhealthy foods that's up to them.... but little Beebs doesn't know any better and it's up to us to not feed them detrimental things (things I can't even call "food") that is loaded in salt, oils/grease and cholesterol are detrimental to them. The word "in moderation" has killed more Americans than anything else and "in moderation" does not apply to a tiny creature that is under 90 grams. The tiniest things to us are greatly magnified to them.

My tiels LOVES green peas... they also love brown rice, wild rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes.. there are tons and tons of healthy things they can eat. My tiels go insane during dinner they are worse than dogs. They literally start screaming at me... pacing back and forth trying to get to their food. They don't understand it has to cool a little or they'll burn their face off LOL
