Cockatiel attacked by my lovebird what should i do?

My cockatiel was attacked by my lovebird and the side of his face that was bitten is permanently fluffed out and his eye isn't fully opened what's wrong with him?

You need to take him to the vet if you haven’t already, to assess the damage and treat it.

Lovebirds are bold little birds and cockatiels are generally sweet and quiet. They should not have any time together. Ever.
