Cockatiel rubbed his butt on me?

Today I was sitting at my computer and had my bird on my shoulder. Sometimes he likes to climb down to my hands.
When he did that, I just let him sit on my hand and looked at him and called him a cutie. Then he suddenly got really aggressive and bit my thumb for no reason, followed up by some butt rubbing on the back of my hand?

He rubbed his butt on me for a good ten seconds or so. Is this some kind of dominance behavior? How should I go about getting him to stop? Is it natural? Thanks.

Yep! rubbing his butt on your hand is him "pleasuring" himself! BB tries to do that every time he gets on my hand. First he does a little "dance" lifting a leg then the other and then the butt starts wiggling. I just shoo him away and tell him NO!
