So its been two days since I got my green cheek conure

Yes, ASAP. Have you researched a Certified Avian Vet in your area?

Congratulations & welcome to the forum. I just saw a green cheek conure yesterday for the first time. I absolutely fell in love. I didn't realize how cute they were.

Hello and congratulations on your new conure! What a sweet picture.

Most breeders urge you to take your new baby to a certified avian vet within 72 hours of acquiring your new bird to make sure they are healthy and happy. Would be wise to make an appointment and get him checked out! :) Again, welcome!

yep, search for a certified avian vet and book them for a new bird wellness check. essentially they give a quick rundown of them to make sure they don't have any issues

You of course have observed a 30 day contamination period, right?
