as a novice, My term of freeflight is not what experts and skilled parrot trainers do... mine is just letting the birds fly arround me not soaring high to the sky.

It is a good idea you fly your conures in pairs. I would like to get another parrot to fly with my conure, but I think 3 birds would be to much for me. Plus it is nice to stand and watch them fly, unlike me I have to run with Oscar to keep him flying because he likes to flock. I have trained him now though to fly a little more independently. Looks like a good place to fly them. There are very few trees and where there are trees it is lining the streets so if they did make it that far they would prob land in them instead of going into the city. If you look at my videos I fly Oscar in a similar environment. Keep it up!

Jerry is leader of the pack :orange:, Hooper ( the yellow sided) won't mind following her everywhere including flying. Actually my YSG Hooper had almost the same pattern, perch still in my shoulder rather than flying. But Jerry is giving the motivation incessantly :)

I have videos of them perched in my shoulder biking around but not flying, here http://www.parrotforums.com/conures/21388-conures-bike.html
