Awww, he's so adorable.
Of course, I'm one of those odd people who find plucked birds cute. I love the little defective ones, and the ones who did it because they were abused and neglected, I feel a gigantic need to cuddle so they know they're still loved. My neighbor has an Umbrella Cockatoo that bit off one of it's toes and has pretty much no feathers except on it's head, and he's one of the most adorable birds I know.
I'm glad my babies have all their feathers, of course, but if I do adopt a rescue again, I think I'm gonna aim for a nudist birdie. The rescue I got Penelope from specializes in pluckers, and I was introduced to one of their badly plucked conures by the lady telling me "this bird does not like shirts or pants."
