Maybe once we get our new home built I will start again...
You have Inspired me!!

We had this put in last June, which took out most of my gardens The new place is on 5 acres so we will have a Ton of room to plant, You have me Excited again. (that is my Grandson).
Do your feathered babies get to go outside and enjoy all that beauty too?

Dena, I am so sorry to hear about the sudden passing of your sister.

OH my gosh, that had to have been absolutely devastating! HUGS to you!!! I can fully see how you would lose the joy over gardening then, especially if she was your gardening buddy.
I'm so happy to hear you felt inspired by my garden.

To me there is nothing more relaxing than to get my hands in the dirt, to pull weeds, and smell of manure. :54: (I'm honestly only semi-kidding, LOL)
I am GREEN with envy over your magnificent pool!! Now THAT's a piece of art right there with the rock waterfall! :32: I'm even greener with envy over your 5 acres. There is SO much you could do with that.

Personally I'd use quite a good portion of that for native plants, and the rest....well....let your imagination run wild, that's what I did, and ended up with a 'plant jungle' as my family calls it. I lovingly refer to it as my "Cottage Garden".
And yes, I DO take my fids outside. We have 2 pergolas that offer partial shade, but I'll never leave them out there unsupervised due to heavy sky traffic with a pair of Peregrine falcons and Red Tail Hawks.
