Does your Quaker do this...?

Hello y'all- When Tuukee is happy he makes a Dolphin sound while bobbing his head up and down. I love it but I'm new to the Bird world so I want to make sure that I'm reading his signs correctly, and when he wants something he does the same thing. and also when i'm giving him attention. I know the head bobbing and shaking is normal- they are quakers for a reason, but the sound... does anybody else's QP make the same sound?

Ralph doesn't make any noises that sound quite like a happy dolphin, but he does bob his head when he likes something or wants me to repeat something I've said.
