Eagle like noises?

Every morning my green cheek conure makes eagle noises (for the lack of a better description). I’ve been reading that it means they’re scared but he’s not showing any other signs of being afraid and he does it after he wakes up. He came from the vet, nice and healthy. Should I be concerned?

sounds like the morning roll call to me. Think of it as your little guy going "Good morning all! What a wondrous day it is! Everyone file in! I demand Food! Attention! Toys! NOW!"
