Eclectus Foot Print?

So my eclectus recently passed away and I had a paw print done by the place who cremated her. I just got it today and I am incredibly confused. Either it absolutely isn’t her print or they manipulated her foot in such an unnatural way?? Like it’s not supposed to look like this right??

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sincere condolences to you. Absolutely correct, that is not a natural foot position for a parrot. At all. I can't imagine what someone was thinking to do that. Me personally, I'd be asking questions at the office.
