Feathers

I don't think they've been there before so that's why i'm asking this.
Is it normal for my Green cheek Conure to have these black lines on his feathers?

If not then please explain what i can do.

It's probably because they're old and new ones are coming in. Mine have it too.

My birds center shaft of his feathers are almost perfectly white. I've seen similar threads to this and I think it's just a coloration difference, like some green cheeks have dark heads and some like my cinnamon green cheek has a light grayish head. I wouldn't worry about it.
