feeding mixed berries to sun conures

Is it healthy feeding berries to conures? I bought this bag of mixed berries, but I keep hearing mixed info about berries, some say its toxic others say its not.

From everything I understand berries are fine, our African brown head loves them.
She especially loves the raspberries.

From what I have heard, berries is very good for parrots. Both my old and new avian vets said berries is very nutritious treats for parrots. There's lots of minerals and vitamins in berries, Ozzie's favourite is blue berries and raspberries.

My GCC gets strawberries, red raspberries, and blueberries...but he really only likes the blueberries. Also....dont be alarmed when his poop is a different color

She liked them a bit. I guess I have to get her used to a variety of foods, one being berries.
