flower stick toy

Here is my flower stick idea that I got after viewing http://www.parrotforums.com/do-yourself/42308-shreddable-carnations-pic-heavy.html
I put something different in each flower made from coffee filters (plastic beads, nuts, paper) and tied them to a 12 inch long pvc pipe. This should make an excellent foraging toy!

I used the DIY dye post (4oz of alcohol with .25oz bottle of food coloring)

I just bought a package of coffee filters and am going to try this as soon as I get some food coloring - thank you for sharing!

I probably should have put more info on how I did it.
I used the 12 inch pvc pipe *1 inch thick* and I drilled 4 hokes in the top, middle, and bottom. I then made the flowers and attached them onto the pvc.
When I make another one I will post step by steps.
