It is possible to train them to free flight. Conures are a little small to be outside when it’s windy so just make sure you check the weather and check for any predators in your area. I’ve have been working on recall training with mango for about two months he has gotten really good at it a will do it on command. Sadly we have lots of hawks in vultures in my area so I don’t take him outside often
