GCC noise

Hi!
I have had my male conure for almost a month now, he is amaaaazing. But, he makes next to no noise at all. He makes a squeaky toy noise, he clicks and makes small whispering noises, and has let out I would say… 8? Loud yells, but that’s about it! Everything I’ve researched about them is how loud conures are, so I was totally ready for noise and mayhem, but I just have a quiet little cuddle bug who likes to train, play fetch and stack coloured blocks
ANYWAYS I was wondering if anyone else has had a quiet baby who all of a sudden “finds their voice” later? Or if I was just blessed with a quiet bird?
