Here is the beginnings of me addressing this exact topic on my website and it may be helpful though it's just the basics for now

Ok to your exact question...

Lutino hen to a blue male:
-greens of both sexes and sons split to Ino
-if the hen is split to blue you will get blues of both genders
-if the male is split to Ino you will get lutinos of both genders
-of the hen is split to blue AND male is split to Ino you will also get albinos of both genders.
So you will get greens and MAYBE blue, albino, and lutino.

I'll post the rest below

Violet hen to Violet green male
(Can you post a pic of this boy? I have a Violet green hen and I would just love to see your male)

-greens and Violet greens and DF Violet greens
-if one bird is split to blue you will get birds split to blue
-if both birds are split to blue you will get blues, violets, DF violets, and birds split to blue.
So you will get greens, Violet greens, DF Violet greens, and MAYBE blues, violets, and DF violets and split to blue.

If you download the tapatalk app and use that instead of the internet browser to use the forum then it's much easier to post pics. You just hit the little plus sign to the left of where you type, and then the photo icon at the bottom of the page.
