Sorry Rival! XD Irby was my grandad's name, which is pretty close!

So excited, today Kirby kept asking for attention while on his tree. I couldn't figure out what he wanted - he had already had lunch and I'd just taken him out of his cage, so what could he possibly need? I walked over and he asked for a step up and once he was on my hand asked for pets!

He's asked for pets before but not so demandingly and not while on my hand! So we sat on the sofa for a bit and hung out. He got tired of it pretty quickly (my toddler could not stand not being in my lap) and with my help was able to glide to his rope perch on top his cage.
