Wishing everyone a safe Memorial Day Weekend. Thoughts to those who have veterans who have served and died serving our country. I personally was a Navy Brat (both parents), my husband and son having served in the Navy, my husbands father a WW2 army veteran, I find this holiday to be very special. We lost family & friends in wars, and I find this a special time to reflect on those who have given us the freedoms we have today.

I too was a military brat. Nobody plays Red Rover like a neighborhood gang of military brats.
