I have a whole bunch of questions for you :)

What do his poops look like? (if you can give us a comparison of what you think is normal for him and what they look like now)
How often do you change his water? (daily, every other day, every third day?)
Is his tail bobbing when he is sitting on his perch? (Also combined with being slightly puffed up)
What is the temperature like in the room he's in? (if it is fairly cool then maybe get a space heater to warm up the room)

Is he ok? If we don't help here at the forum, defininitely take him to a vet.
Hope he feels better. Is he all puffed up all the time?

I definitely agree with Samba:

If we can't get an answer for you, take the little fid to the vets!!!
It's better to be safe than sorry!

Hello all,

His poops are green and white. I change the water daily. His tail is not bobbling but he is puffing his feathers up. The room temperature is fine.

Cheers
Steve.

Hmm,

He is just sleeping and drinking all day right? Does he have enough toys to play with or at least a variety of them?

If he's not eating anything, he might be feeling sick :(
I would recommend 110% giving your vet a call, even to ask questions on this for a more expert opinion!!!

good Luck

Yes, Yes! Avian Vet needs to be notified ... and your little buddy needs to be isolated from the rest of your flock (if you have any other birds) wouldn't want the rest of your feathered friends getting sick!

about the room temp -even though it seems fine to us it is often too cold for our tropical friends. I can tell they are cold by Sidney going to his hut during the day and the teils puffing up and standing on one foot. Besides even if he is acting sick a little extra warmth wouldn't hurt. You can put a heating pad on top of his cage just make surew there is a towl between it if it isn't filled with natural materials.
