Hello from NC!

Hey all, I'm new to this forum. I'm (almost) 23 and the proud momma to a 5 year old Hahns Macaw named Monster. My boyfriend and I recently added a cockatiel to our family, who we named Daxter. I'm almost positive our cockatiel is a female though, so we're working on picking out a female friendly name for her. I have two sweet calicos, both of which I rescued as kittens and 3 lizards- a bearded dragon, crested gecko, and leopard gecko.

I'm currently in school and working as a waitress part time at a busy restaurant. I hope to get accepted into a local veterinary technician program this Fall.

Welcome Chelsea! i have loved being part of this forum and have learnt lots. I also own a gecko so its cool to have a fellow gecko-lover here. She is a Namibian Ground Gecko- cutest little girl!
My cockatiel was named Dexter for three years before we discovered "he" was a "she" LOL but by then the name had stuck so choose a bi-sex name now if you have doubts lol.
