Magoo the African Grey
Hi, I am new here. I just got an african grey 2 days ago, his name is Magoo. He seems sweet, but since he is new in the house, he hasn't opened up yet. Hopefully he learns to trust and like us :) I had an amazon in the past, so I am ok with the basic care of them.We have some work to do though because his previous owner admitted to not working with him much, she was afraid of him.
I can't wait! So I will let him get used to our house for a while first then work with him as his Grey attitude will let us LOL:grey:

Hi! Welcome to the forum :). Looking forward to hearing more about Magoo. He's gorgeous!

Hi and Welcome to you and the Handsome Magoo...it sounds like Magoo has found a wonderful home with you...there are lots of Greys on the forum so you will get lots of tips and helpful advice when you begin working with Magoo.

Welcome to you and Mangoo! What part of Florida?

FYI, be very very careful of that chlorine venting that is in the background! Instant deadly!

I love the name for him. He is quite the looker too. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to you and beautiful Magoo!! Greys are as sensitive as they are intelligent. They can be more hesitant to bond than other parrots, so take it slow. Magoo is probably extremely observant and taking a LOT in as he adjusts.
