Everyone hello! I'm here to share my journey on eventually adopting a blue gold macaw I've been researching for about a year now, and I think I'll be going for adopting. I plan to get a really large Aviary cage, the entire dimensions of a cage are 110 in Long 62 in wide and I believe 79 in. In about 4 to 5 years I may be adopting my own parrot! I'm excited. I have had experience with large birds my uncle's Umbrella Cockatoo and two macaws. I also generally have experience with birds, because I own about 30 chickens, and six ducks. I plan to get all my bird supplies from mybirdstore.com and I have decided to feed my future parrot the mix of zupreem and haggens, I am aware that zupreem has more sugar in it that it is one of the few that I have chosen. I've been also planning out chop recipes and other tasty snacks that are really healthy! I may share some of them soon. I hope you follow me in my journey to adopting my future macaw. Btw, I have chosen a Macaw, because I generally prefer larger birds. I don't think a Macaw is cooler than like a budgie. I love all birds! I chose the Macaw, especially blue gold, as they fit me, and what my lifestyle is.
