Won't work. I worked nights with on call days. My first CAG had out of cage time when I slept. He would fly over, answer the phone. He would give my stock replies with appropriate pauses. He ended with..All right, yes, bye bye I gotta go and disconnect sound. I would be called later asking where was. I would rush to work. I struggled to even remember answering the phone. I found it off the hook so I must have. Then came the day I answered phone in my room and he answered it in the other. I hadn't spoken yet. I heard both sides of the conversation. When he said bye I spoke up. The supervisor couldn't believe it was a bird. I had to take in a picture. We came up with questions requiring different replies. Parrots are smart feathered toddlers. What if the robo call came from a place that had your credit information? I shudder at the thought.
