Help about Senegal parrot baby

Hi everyone
I adopted a Senegal baby parrot about 30 days old
I raised a lot of parrots from 20 days until wean but this Senegal parrot is different he screams every time and that concern me like he wants to eat I give him a 12ml of formula every 8 hours and when I try to have time with him or play he still screaming until I covered his box with cloth to make him stop screaming please if any one have a solution or they have the same problem when he gonna stop

A parrot at this age may need to eat every 5-6 hours, rather than every 8 hours. Maybe try increasing his feedings and see if that helps.
