HELP! My scarlet macaw is displaying weird behaviors & vommiting

My scarlet macaw is vommiting a white liquid on his favorite toy while eye pinning and talking. when he thinks im not looking he starts bobbing his head and slightly expanding his wings. i dont know if its regurgitation or actual vommit PLEASE HELP

Is it possible to stop this behavior? I was thinking about removing the toy to, but im unsure if it would cause stress or not since that toy has been with him forever.

It also sounds like regurgitation to me. Personally, I don't remove a toy if my birds show this behaviour. To curb hormones, I make sure my birds get 12 hours of sleep, and make sure they have no dark, shadowy spaces in their cage.
