Help!

I've had my sun concure, Shtinky for about 2 years and im almost sure he hates my guts He'll sit on my should but will rarely let me touch him if i try he flutters off to his cage, he'll lean away from me it's frustrating. I've never done anything to make him so mad or afraid. What can i do? I got him to create a life long friend and now he wants nothing to do with me. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hmm... Have you tried hand feeding him? I don't necessarily mean baby handfeed formula, but maybe try feeding him treats or pellets directly from your hand?

Otherwise, I say patience patience patience. I've heard it takes 1-3 years for a parrot to really settle in. Are you his first/only home, or has he lived with someone else before? Was he a breeder bird or from a store? Was he handfed or parent-raised? The answer to these can make a difference.
