Higgins food....where to find it in Canada?

Where can I find Higgins Seed in Canada?

I know I can get it in the states, but surely somewhere in Canada they sell it.

preferably in Ontario, it costs twice as much up here as in the states, but shipping is a killer for a 25lb bag.

there is a store in Alberta, but can't seem to locate one in Ontario.
