I am not 100% sure, but Nikita, you might have our first Alexandrian here on the forums ... we are a really helpful, fun, bunch ... glad to see a few new faces around here! :D

Welcome to the Parrot Forums.

I think Tex is right that we don't have any Alexandrian's here. They are beautiful, so we like to hear lots of stories and pictures when you can post them. :D

Welcome! I've got a few fish to go along with my birds too.. They really enjoy watching them. Can't wait to see some pictures of your bird!

i hope all of u love pictures as i do :)

i cant post the pics as the image tags somehow r comming in words and not images!!!

p.s she has only 1 leg.... when she was smal she had an accident and we could not save her leg.... however she has learnt to cope very well and can actually run with the help of her beak.....

she is 10 months, and the vet thinks that she is a female.. however i do have doubts... she is a sweet baby who is generally well behaved, but when she is with me , and if anyone touches her then she looses her temper and bites everyone around her......( including me ;) but within 2 minutes she is back to normal.... she interacts with everyone around her but for some reason dosnt like my dad ( who loves her the most)

thanks tracy842 and keupi :)
she has adjusted well and sits on my shoulder and at times she holds on to my ear for support..... but then she starts nibbling and needs a reminder that my ear is a support and not her toy ;)

Oh my god look at that chunky beak. Trevira is an adorable bird. Amazing how she gets on without her other leg.
