How do I take care of someone after they have a tummy tuck?

Hello,

I am a live in nanny for my friend and she is getting a tummy tuck, her husband is going to be deploying the week before she gets it done so he won’t be here to help. I will be taking care of 3 children and her, any advice on what I’m going to need to do for her? Any suggestion?

i cant be of much help but i guess you should bring easy to cook meals, games for the kids, and maybe tylenol? sorry i dont know too much about this. you could ask the doctor who performs the procedure for advice. good luck, and my prayers are with her husband that he returns safely!

I am a massage therapist for a living, and I have heard that lymphatic drainage is good after plastic surgery, to help it heal faster. She might benefit from some VERY light massaging (think weight of a nickel) in the area of the surgery when the doctor says it's okay.

Other than that, no idea.
