Most paints take 3-4 weeks to properly cure out, though many are dry to the touch in from 1-2 hours. When using paints around birds, you want the solvents and/or VOCs to have completely evaporated...which does not necessarily mean the smell has completely disappeared.....
In your case and assuming you sprayed the paint on, probably 3-7 days outdoors would be sufficient.....
