How often to replace Bobby's water???

I usually replace my parrotlets water once in the evening and once in the morning. Is this enough? Or should I also replace mid day too.
Also, do they get up at night to get a drink of water or food?

We change water multiple times each day, especially during Summer. Since bacterial grows quickly, changing more often is just better.
