I have a awesome cockatoo houseguest that I'm hoping will stay.
3 IRN's

4 pairs of cockatiels
3 pairs of bourkes and 4 extra males
2 pairs of Linnies
2 pairs of budgies
Hi all, I was urged to join the forum so here I am!

I have a wide variety of birds from finches to parrots.
I do a bit of rescue, breeding and tons of bird loving!

In my flock I have mutation zebra finches (mostly chestnut flanked white black cheek)
Parrotlets, Linnies, Budgies, Bourkes (normal, rosy & ino), Cockatiels, Conures, Indian ringnecks, and a visiting moluccan cockatoo, who I hope stays for the rest of her life.

Thanks for letting me join the flock.

Lol I don't take pictures. [emoji23]
Never!

A warm welcome to the forums! Thank you so much for joining us! What a wonderful flock, I hope your gorgeous houseguest gets to stay with you. Most people with a beloved flock and a camera will take lots and lots of photos, I think you're just teasing us. Looking forward to getting to know you.

This is Shadow who is my guest currently.
She's been here with me since the second week of December.
She belongs to my vet and lives at the clinic. Since no one was going to be around other than for emergencies she wouldn't have the attention she needs.

Since coming here she's almost stopped barbering her feathers. Book shedding has become a passion. Lol

Her vocabulary is awesome! And is picking up new words daily. Today my mom came over and she yelled from her cage "hello, coffee is over"

Haha, coffee is over? Shadow cracks me up!

Welcome to you and your flock!! I certainly hope Shadow remains with you. A Moluccan with intact feathering is a gift!!

Welcome! Lots of bird-lovers here to help you out. While you're having a look around, you can take any issue or topic which interests you, use the Search Tab and then read about it. It's a really good engine.
