I know I've read it somewhere on this forum about human illnesses being transmitted to birds, but can't find where I saw it. I know that Wharfrat's situation clearly comes to mind.
We have the norovirus (causing all the cruise ship GI maladies) and common cold germs storming through our household. No matter how many times I tell my 15 year old not to kiss the fids while he has a cold, he continues to do so. Are cold germs of concern to birds?
