Husband has questions about hatching

Hello all!
My husband wants to know if baby cockatiels are hatched with fuzz or naked skin- and if with fuzz how long before they lose it and just have skin showing.

They are hatched with fuzz and as far as I'm aware they never become naked unless the parents are plucking them.

I think this is about 10 days old. the eyes have just recently opened.
