Husband has questions about hatching

Hello all!
My husband wants to know if baby cockatiels are hatched with fuzz or naked skin- and if with fuzz how long before they lose it and just have skin showing. 🤪

They are hatched with fuzz and as far as I'm aware they never become naked unless the parents are plucking them.

I think this is about 10 days old. the eyes have just recently opened.
